Epoxy Pipe Lining

Rehabilitate corroded or leaking pipes in place — no wall demo, no tenant relocation, and a 50-year lined pipe when we're done.

Epoxy Pipe Lining
Overview

About this service

Epoxy lining (CIPP — cured-in-place piping) rebuilds a pipe from the inside out. We camera-inspect and clean the existing line, then pull or invert an epoxy-saturated liner through it and cure it in place. The result is a smooth, jointless, seamless pipe with a 50-year design life — installed without opening walls, ceilings, or slabs.

For commercial buildings, hotels, and HOAs, that difference is the entire business case. Traditional repipes mean tenant relocation, drywall repair, painting, and weeks of noise. Lining lets you rehabilitate cast iron drains or copper domestic lines with the building occupied and revenue intact.

We line drain, waste, and vent piping from 1.5" up to 12", and we handle the full project: camera diagnosis, hydro-cleaning, lining, post-cure inspection, and a written report your engineer or PM can sign off on.

How it works

Our process for epoxy pipe lining.

01

Camera & Assess

We scope the line, map the run, and confirm lining is the right call vs replacement.

02

Clean the Host Pipe

Hydro-jet and mechanical descaling get the pipe wall down to bare substrate.

03

Install & Cure Liner

The epoxy-saturated liner is inverted or pulled in and cured to a rigid pipe.

04

Post-Cure Inspection

We re-camera and hand over before/after video plus a written sign-off.

FAQ

Questions about epoxy pipe lining.

Often, yes — if the host pipe still has structural integrity, lining rebuilds the pipe wall without the demo. If a section is fully collapsed or offset, we'll flag it and recommend a targeted spot repair or replacement instead of lining a lost cause.

Water or drain use on the lined stack is typically down for 4–8 hours during cure. We stage work floor-by-floor so the whole building never goes dark.

The NSF 61-certified epoxies we use for domestic water lines are potable-water rated. Drain lining uses a different epoxy spec appropriate for waste.

Yes — pre and post video, footage lengths, cure logs, and a written condition report. Standard on every project.
