Is there an extra charge for after-hours calls?
Our dispatch fee is the same day or night — we do not surprise you with a premium after 7pm. If a specific repair carries an after-hours parts or freight surcharge, we quote the flat rate in writing before we start.
How fast can you get here?
Our average response inside Chula Vista and South Bay is about 45 minutes. Farther corners of the service area (El Cajon, La Mesa, Coronado) usually land inside 60–90 minutes. Dispatch will give you a real ETA when you call — no vague windows.
What counts as a plumbing emergency?
Anything that's actively causing damage or safety risk: water you can't shut off, sewage backing up into the building, no water at all, a failed water heater, or a suspected leak inside a wall or slab. Do you charge more on holidays?
No holiday multiplier. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's — same flat-rate structure as any other emergency call. If you're calling us on a holiday, the last thing you need is a scary invoice on top of a scary problem.
